The scene opens with Shawn playing Uncharted 2 online while Gabriel watches last week's match intently, trying to find a flaw in Triple A they can expose in their next match, in another room. Shawn is currently on a 10 kill streak earning him the rage medal until a camper takes him out with a rocket launcher, Shawn pissed off, hunts the camper down when he respawns with complete tunnel vision walking past enemies and when he gets to him Shawn repeatedly shoots the camper in the head with a shotgun screaming into the mic "how you like me now bitch!" and winning the game for the side he is on. Gabriel walks into the room and just glares at Shawn and then proceeds to turn off the PS3. Gabriel waves at Shawn signaling Shawn to come into the other room, Shawn gets off the couch and puts down the controller. In the next room Gabriel has the video paused and prepared to show Shawn the flaw that will help them win the match. The video starts and the look on Shawn's face changes to a Grinch like grin,

Shawn: Nice work brother, every team has their flaws and we will exploit this next week. Just tell me something Gabriel, did we lose last week?

Gabriel: Hell no, we just didn't win, David Baptie & Josh Jones lost the match. That is why we have this match this week Shawn, to show the world and to show Triple A that we are the best tag team, and to show them they wouldn't have won last week if it was just us across the ring from them. Josh Jones was the weakest wrestler in that match and David was not much better, Triple A didn't pin either of us and that's because they can't. In this match we show our dominance, you saw the tape, do you think we will not capitalize on a mistake they will make again? I think not, in the ring with us no one can make a mistake and win.

Shawn: Poor, Andrei Evans, he doesn't even know what's going to happen to him on Mayhem. Gabriel you are one cold calculating bastard and I love you for that but get your jacket on, we got somewhere to be.

Gabriel looks at Shawn confused but grabs his Affliction Avenger jacket and Shawn throws on his Affliction Commander jacket and they head out the door, where Cristian, their Uncle is waiting for them. The three get into Cristian's car and drive out of view.

The scene now opens outside of Cristian's personal gym, the three step out of the car and they start walking toward the building,

Cristian: Last week you guys walked into that match expecting a easy win but you got taught never underestimate your opponents, Triple A walked out with their heads held high in victory and showed you two that they have the skill and chemistry as a tag team to get things done.

Cristian opens the door to his gym and lets the Hayes brothers go in and then enters last,

Everything in this building is meant to help make wrestlers better, when your dear old dad retired me I made this place and now you two are going to use it. Never again do I want to see my nephews go into a match unprepared and caught with their pants down. Every day you will come here and train like every single match is your last, do you two understand me?

Hayes Brothers: Yes Cristian.

Shawn: Triple may have chemistry and may be a pretty solid tag team but uncle I know we are better and this week we will prove it, I promise you that.

The door opened slowly, creaking with every inch it moves as if it hadn’t been polished, oiled or even subjected to maintenance for at least several years. Dust billowed up from the molded carpets, reflected off the meager sunlight that was able to escape through the moth eaten drapes that haphazardly clung to the dust stained windows of what was obviously a low rent, highly dangerous and most likely uninspected roach motel. Then again when you’re pulled off the road from an obscure exit on I-65 into a dirt road resort away from most of civilization, you’ve got to expect some liberties to be taken with your lodging on the road.

From the sunlight that cascaded into the living quarters stepped three not so well known individuals. Two rookie competitors accompanied by a manager whose eyes shown with bright expectations for her clients. She seemed perfectly at home in the unlighted, musty ramshackle abode as she took a fearless seat onto an aged khaki and brown sequined couch that caused even more allergenic dust to rise up and scatter itself throughout the room. She looked reassuringly in the direction of her two companions as they sneezed dropping their luggage next to the closet to the mid-left, not daring to open it.

â€￾Razzle Dazzleâ€￾ Katie King:
Welcome home boys. Well, at least you’re home for a week anyway.
Katie looked from side to side, admiring what she must of thought was a massive improvement from the last place they chose to stay. But we won’t get into details of that situation, don’t want to scare the children now. Andrei Evans however, was not quite as used to these kind of places. An allstar football all American, he was more inclined to living in at least comfortable and clean high rise hotels in the big city. With a disgusted look he turns towards Katie with pleading eyes as if hoping against hope that this was all just a big joke.

Andrei “Crossfireâ€￾ Evans:
You aint serious are you girl? Why we gotta live, eat and breathe in roach motels on the way to Birmingham?

â€￾Razzle Dazzleâ€￾ Katie King:
Glad you asked Andrei. You see as you experienced last week, being in the ring isn’t an easy task. You guys took some bumps in there, and I know you’re not entirely used to the squared circle. You’ve got to be careful though, because this week you get the Hayes Brothers mano y mano. They’re gonna fight dirty, so you’re gonna need to live dirty in order to be aware of your surroundings at all times in order to avoid making a big mistake and having roach guts on your shoe.
She laughed at her own dark humor as Evans shoulders slumped down in a disappointed lurch. Rubbing his eyes to clear his vision before he batted away a rather large looking fly buzzing around his ear, he sighed before sliding himself into a creaky wooden chair that he was thankful to at least have a damaged seat cushion placed before hand.

Andrei “Crossfireâ€￾ Evans:
I think your logic is twisted and yo’ mind aint screwed in right.

James “K-9â€￾ Carpenter::
Relaaax A-C. Things aint gonna be so bad here. We’ll just tough it out, do our best, and beat those Hayes Brothers. After that? We go out for some of that Alabama cornbread, chicken fried steak & sweet potatoes over by Fifes. Anyway, I aint afraid of no-CRIMENY MORE ROACHES! Ayeeeee!

James Carpenter had been rifling through the cabinets looking for food. When he suddenly opened the kitchen drawers where silver wear was expected to be furnished. Instead he got a big surprise in the form of a mound of cockroaches that spread out and hid as best as they could away from the light while K-9’s shocked reaction caused the drawer to fall. Being made of flimsy wood and rusted metal it split apart leaving splinters and roaches scattering across the kitchen floor as he ran back into the living room area, leaping across the iron coffee table and landing to the right of the couch where Katie was seated.

Andrei “Crossfireâ€￾ Evans:
What was that about not being afraid of roaches bro?

â€￾Razzle Dazzleâ€￾ Katie King:
Alright guys listen up! It’s go time. The Hayes Brothers are no laughing matter. They’ve got not only experience as a well oiled tag team, but they also are seasoned singles competitors. So whether you’re fighting them one on one or in a team situation, you’re gonna be in trouble. Experience is gonna be a huge factor here boys, they know the ring better than you do, but I’ve got some tips to help you survive.

Katie King had stood up suddenly and with purpose and determination from her seated position after her first proclamation. She paced the room as Carpenter inched his way from the side of the couch, patting himself down and sitting on the couch in her place. Andrei was attentive despite being distracted by more flies and cobwebs hanging overhead, but Razzy D was resolute in her drive to shape these two city boys up in preparation for the match of their lives.

James “K-9â€￾ Carpenter::
I want Shawn Hayes. He seems like the more dangerous of the two. From what I’ve seen from the tapes Gabriel has more to offer in his arsenal, but Shawn’s far more inclined to use the dirty tricks to get himself ahead. I’m gonna go out there and take him out as fast as I can. Hell I wouldn’t mind getting a shot at singles action against the guy. He may be a douchebag, but he’s a talented douchebag, and that’s the more dangerous kind of douchebag.

Carpenter was using animated hand gestures to appeal to Katie his case that he should get a decent crack at Shawn Hayes. He brought his fist forcefully into his palm with every mentioning of the word “douchebagâ€￾, possibly trying to dramatize his wish to get him one on one in an effort to get the others inspired in his cause.

â€￾Razzle Dazzleâ€￾ Katie King:
I see your MMA fighting spirit is coming out for this one. That’s good, you’re going to need every bit of sixth sense you can muster to keep yourself alive in that ring. I’m not going to lie to you guys, you’re still very untested. I am proud that you got the victory, but you got it over a couple of unexperienced and overconfident curtain jerkers. While the Hayes Brothers have both experience, confidence and talent. Your best bet for this one is to make quick tags, stay fresh, stay focused, and for the love of God do NOT allow them to isolate one of you in their corner. It’s basic bad guy strategy, and if you let yourself get caught in it expect one of you to be virtually out of this contest for the rest of the night.

Katie King waived her hands to and fro, as if trying to help them visualize the dangers that they were in for. Balling up her fist and raising it into the air only to bring it back down to her chest sharing in the triumph of their victory last week and yet imploring with her voice that they take this very seriously. The last thing that Razzy needed was for her signature team to be on the losing end of their first televised tag team bout.

Andrei “Crossfireâ€￾ Evans:
Can’t I just bust ‘em in the mouth and shut their faces in once and for all? I’m getting’ tired already of every week these two coming out and sayin’ they gonna steam roll us like we some shock jocks off the street or somethin’.

â€￾Razzle Dazzleâ€￾ Katie King:
Sure you can, if you want to lose. LOOK, I’m a competitor too. I understand that you guys are eager and able to get in there and scrap with Shawn and Gabriel. But that’s not the point. This is tag team wrestling. It’s human chess at it’s human chess at it’s finest. You make one wrong move, and it’s checkmate. Your opponents may be cocky, annoying assholes. But they’re different from a David Baptie or Josh Jones. They don’t talk trash and have nothing to show for it. They’ve earned the right to call themselves the best, and they can back up every bit of words they spew, no matter how much it pisses you off to hear it. Now are you guys gonna work as a team and get us up to 2 and 0 or are you going to let your emotions get the best of you and choke on live television?

Andrei Evans was able to share his rebuttals respectfully, but at the insinuation that they may not be prepared to take on the Hayes Brothers and thereby lose reputation struck a nerve with Crossfire. With that he stood to his feet, swatting another fly on the way in a motion as if he was slamming a football against the field in celebration of a touchdown. He stared into the green eyes of King matching with his brilliant blue, declaring that he would not allow this to be an easy fight for the Hayes Brothers.

Andrei “Crossfireâ€￾ Evans:
Hell nah. This is our first official debut match for Monday Night Mayhem ya dig? We aint screwing this chance up. If it’s one thing I know, it’s that when the green light is on you, it’s do or die you know what I’m sayin’? The Hayes Brothers got a lot of rep to lose, but so do we. We gotta prove that we serious about this opportunity, and they gotta prove that they still got what it takes to be champions. I’m ready to Rock N’ Roll!

James Carpenter shared in the enthusiasm, also rising from his couch to give Andrei Evans a congratulatory high five for his inspiring speech. He too made his own declarations for this battle. After all, fighting was in his bone marrow, and K-9 was ready and willing to show the Hayes Brothers that it’s a dog eat dog world out there, and it’s about to get rough.

James “K-9â€￾ Carpenter::
And if it’s one thing that I know, it’s fighting. I’ve been in a lot of real tough battles in my life, but nothing gives me butteflies more than knowing that in just a few days, we’re gonna be in front of possibly twenty thousand strong, and if we lose this chance, it’s back to Dark Match hell for us. So as for the Hayes Brothers? As much respect as I can have for those guys with what they’ve accomplished in this business, this is the NEW IWF, and Triple A is going to be the beacon that shines saying that it’s a new era. It’s time for a changing of the guard, and we’re going to make sure it happens.

And so, K-9, Crossfire & Razzle Dazzle all submitted their hands into a triangular agreement. Andrei leading the charge counting the one, two, three before they swung their arms into the air shouting “Triple A!â€￾. If it’s a war you want, it’s a war you are about to get, because these two teams are looking to steal the show in a big big way.

The sun is rising and the widows of the training facility begin to tint as the light from the sun begins to shine, The Hayes brothers have been training non-stop since their uncle Cristian brought them to his personal gym. Each brother is in a separate part of the gym in two on one action, Cristian believes in a training method that uses odds, if both can compete against a team on their own together they wouldn't even be challenged in a match where the odds are even. Both are exhausted, sweat drips from Shawn's brow as he finesse out of a submission hold, Shawn goes to drop Lex down with a super kick but Taylor, Lex's partner, comes in and chop blocks Shawn; Shawn drops down hold his left knee and the two grab Shawn up and set up a double team move, Lex lifts Shawn up in a atomic drop position and Taylor jumps up to calf kick Shawn as he is up but Shawn grabs a hold of Lex and pulls down hitting Lex with a powerful ddt. Taylor misses the intended kick and face plants into mat, when Taylor gets up Shawn practically kicks Taylor's head off his shoulders. Cristian steps into the ring as Shawn climbs the top rope and blows a horn signaling to stop, Shawn then sits on the top turn buckle, resting. Shawn breathes heavily and has bruises all over,

Cristian: Shawn, you look like shit.

Shawn laughs and leans forward holding himself up with the ropes,

Shawn: Well you did just put me in a two on one match for the last four hours, Uncle.

Cristian: The length of the match shouldn't matter, you need to be mentally and physically prepared to go for as long as you need to, to win. Every time they kick and get up you should be in front of them looking fresh and ready to dish out more, no more matter what they do to you, you should be kicking out and getting up ready to take more, you need to mentally frustrate and break down your opponent, force mistakes and capitalize. Come with me, we are going to check up on Gabriel.

Shawn flips forward landing on his feet and stumbles behind his uncle, the two go out of the room and into a hallway, on the walls there are pictures, pictures of all the places Shawn has been, where he has been tracking Kassidy.

Shawn: Any luck finding the bastard?

Cristian: Don't worry about you dear old dad, I'll find him.

Cristian opens the furthest door and the two walk in, Gabriel is in a ring, same situation Shawn was, two on one but Gabriel still hasn't broken a sweat while his two opponents are barely managing to get to their feet and attack Gabriel.

Cristian: You two are complete opposites, if I could get you both to the same medium you to would be unstoppable. Gabriel come out of the ring and take a seat.

Gabriel pushes one of the two men back down and then steps out between the ropes and to the padded floor, Shawn as already taken a seat on a bench that is against the wall, Gabriel then sits next to him.

Cristian: Shawn, you are very headstrong, you move forward even if you shouldn't, you don't use your speed enough, you are like a brute, and Gabriel, you literally are playing human chess in the ring, you out finesse and out maneuver your opponents letting them beat themselves. You both need to adapt part of each other's mindset and be one in the same, if you were in sync with your actions no one could out match you. In this match Triple A plan on going in there and showing the world that a "new era" is upon us, show the fans that you two are old news, but we all in this room have said we'd start new eras in wrestling and what happened to us? Our mouths got us into more than we could handle and we fell short, well out there you will make them see the truth, there is only one era in wrestling and it’s the present. We never get to live in the future, it's always the present and you two are still going to run the show. Now let's get you guys some rest.

Gabriel and Shawn leave the building first putting on their jackets and lifting their hoods. Cristian drops off the two at their hotel and drives away as snow begins to drop down to the ground rapidly. The Hayes brothers walk into the Hilton hotel and head to their suite. Shawn and Gabriel sit on their separate beds,

Shawn: Gabriel, I don't just want to win this match I want to pick each one apart and show them and show the rest of the world we are back and haven't lost a step. Talk us up, talk us down, trash talk, get talked up by a girl with more colors in her hair than a fucking rainbow, It doesn't matter when we step into the ring with them, I want to win no matter what.

As Shawn was talking Gabriel has been on the web using his phone, Gabriel smiles,

Gabriel: Well all we have to do is be focused and execute a solid game plan and we can beat anyone, little brother.

Shawn: Even if we don't win, I want James bleeding out in the center of the ring, you always told me to clench my thirst in the ring.

The scene fades out
