Damn that is a rough blow for him. MJF should take as long as he needs to come back. Part of feels honestly if he comes back first just have him quickly deal the Undisputed Kingdom and move onto other stuff.

just kind of annoyed they ended up waiting so long to opt for surgery, I feel like maybe AEW needs an internal medical team to offer these advices sooner, i feel like they wrestlers are too prideful sometimes and then this shit happens. im probably just mostly bummed out tho

Wrestlers always will try to rush back. I remember hearing at the time that MJF was looking to avoid surgery and thinking "just take the surgery" cause he is still young and has so long in his career plus is already established as a top name.
