To be honest saying you dislike someone because of looks is a very weak reason. There is no universal definition of attractive. Judging just by what the Miz has accomplished in life he deserve more cheers than jeers. He went from a bullied kid to a successful reality TV star to a successful professional wrestler who actually embraced the business, learnt the tools of the trade, became one of the better mic workers in the business and has grown constantly better in ring over the years. He is a success story because he came into this business with all the cards stacked against him.
People are free to dislike the Miz. I just honestly see no reason not to like him.

Just not a fan of The Miz, I find him extremely annoying and not all that special. He can be okay on the mic, but that's about it.
I can respect him for putting in hard work, but I doubt I'll be a fan any time soon.
