Money in the Bank MiTB winners

This week's editions of Raw and Smack down have been extremely boring. However, we have learnt who will be in the mens and womens MiTB matches.

Mens- Andrade, Balor, Strowman, Orton, Ricoquet, Ali, Corbin and Drew.

Womens- Natalya, Moon, Alexa, Bayley, Carmella, Brooke, Naomi and Mandy.

Now that we know who will participate in this year's MiTB matches, it now becomes clearer of who the winners will be.

MiTB is a great way of catapulting a wrestler into the main event. In recent years wwe have botched the cash ins hard. Seems like wwe will try and make this years winners to become big stars.

So, who do you think will win each briefcase?

Feel free to do some fun fantasy booking. I'm always interested in tasting other people's creative juices.

As an anti WWE Indy smark sissy boy, let's see what I can dream up here...

Men's. Possibly the most interesting option is Ali. With his history with Kofi and Owens, he walking out with the briefcase standing over their heads is cool. I'd love to fantasy book him and Kofi as co-babyfaces with a little tension...

Realistically Andrade was made for MITB, plus hey that's a fresh opponent for SR.

Women's... I really want to avoid the pitfalls when people say "This would be so great if they give them to Carmella and Baron Corbin! They can really use it to get to the next level!" When they weren't on that level because they aren't very good, while Strowman was already made.... So Ember Moon sticks out like a sore thumb here. She isn't perfect, but she could take the ball and run with it

I do think Bayley is the best choice. She has been ridiculed by Charlotte. A baby face cash in with Charlotte getting her just dessert

That wouldn't be a bad way to go, but that may just be a great regular feud...

Actually Charlotte wins the SD title and faces Bayley next, and as soon as Bayley wins the championship (feel like you have to do it that way on the MR) Ember Moon cashes in on her... Maybe that wouldn't be a bad way to go to let Bayley fight from underneath

Could have to be a heel turn for Ember. I don't know anything about Ember whatsoever. Know nothing about her. So I don't really know what direction they could take with a wrestler who hasn't got a character.

Bayley should always be about learning lessons. She learnt how to be tough from Sasha. She is learning to stand up for herself against Charlotte. Maybe she could learn something from being cashed in on. Establish a friendship with her and ember (which is a terrible trope for women in wwe) then Bayley finally overcomes the Bully Charlotte. Then Ember with the cash in. A generic storyline but can be great on the execution and how its told.

Alternatively you could have Bayley win the mitb and tell the internal struggle of beating Charlotte in a singles match clean as a whistle or tamper with the dark side and cash in unexpectedly. Could be really interesting for a squeaky clean baby face who has been told over and over again that she needs to toughen up and grab her opportunity. What is Bayley gonna do? Stand by her own ethics or doubt her own ability and take the easy option.

The men's match looks fantastic (& shocked Orton is taking part)...& personally
I'd have Andrade or Drew win it.

The women's match looks TERRIBLE...its basically Bayley & Ember with 4 Divas
& two experienced women who won't win because most fans don't care about
them.

And for the record I'd have Bayley or Ember win it.

The very idea of Alexa or Carmella winning the MitB AGAIN & cashing in on
Becky makes me want to puke up my lungs in revulsion.

Eh, I could be wrong though I kind of doubt it. Bayley has no chance unless they use to build character and make her pissed off and such like I suggested and Ember as much as I love her in ring ability she is kind of there and her winning wouldn't help at all, truth be told. Dana is there to take the hits and Natalya and Mandy are just there as well. And Naomi will like the others she is just there.

Not at all.

If you actually read my posts you would understand that
I enjoy technical wrestlers who have the ability to tell a
good in-ring story while making themselves and their
opponents look as good as possible.

Guys like Rollins, Styles, Gargano, Black, Ciampa, Cole,
Cesaro, Roode, Zayn, Joe, Andrade, Bryan, Balor, Owens,
Rusev, Fish, O'Reilly, Strong, Dunne, Bate & the Velveteen
Dream.

Orton is lazy in my eyes because I've never seen him
actually make anyone else look better for wrestling him.

He is a legend & has a fantastic finisher (which D.D.P
used first anyway)...but...he's lazy when it comes to
his in-ring work rate & for me that's a deal breaker.

Flips & dives are fun in moderation...but I'd rather see
some good technical wrestling that tells a story.

I hope you remember this post...because I'm making
it again.
