This is a tough one to pick and more difficult than it should be. Logic dictates that Cena will win the match since Punk is leaving after this PPV. But with this being MITB PPV Punk could win the title and then the RAW MITB winner could cash it in and win the title therefore Punk leaves without the title but wins the match.

I might wait a week or two before betting on this match.

I'll go Punk here. Even though it sounds like Cena will easily win this, I see Vince and creative pulling off the biggest swerve in WWE History. This stuff could reveal GM and many other possibilities.

This seems pretty straight forward now but then again WWE could surprise everyone by having Punk win and then lose the title before the end of the PPV. I only but a small bet on John Cena because I am not overly confident, it seems too obvious to me.
