I... Believe it was at the Mania 24 and 25 matches he won them, and won the belt both times. Once on each brand at the time.

However, Edge has successfully cashed in the MITB contract twice. He won the contract in the MITB match the first time and won it a second time in a match against Kennedy (who had won the actual match).

Yes. He won his first Money in the Bank at WrestleMania 24 in 2008 before cashing in on Edge, that summer. The following year at WrestleMania 25 in 2009, he won it again and this time he went on to beat Jeff Hardy for the title a month or so later.

Edge can technically be added to this group. He won the inaugural Money in the Bank at WrestleMania 21 in 2005, and cashed-in successfully on John Cena at New Years Revolution 2006 after an Elimination Chamber match. 2 years later, despite not winning Money in the Bank at WrestleMania 23 in 2007, he did defeat Mr. Kennedy for the briefcase and he went on to cash-in successfully on The Undertaker, in May of that year, after Undertaker had a steel cage match with Batista and a beatdown from Mark Henry.

I was just about to say the edge part. But yes, edge and punk are the only 2 men to successfully cash in 2 times and win.
