I think the card could look a little something like this.

Universal title- Rollins vs Drew or Lashley

WWE championship--Kofi vs Orton

Woman's title- Becky vs Evans

Woman's mitb- random woman plus Charlotte

Mens Mitb...

United States title- Joe vs Mysterio

I'd personally avoid Joe vs Rey again it was a callous decision to have Joe squash him at WrestleMania there is no repairing credibility from something like that.
