Mike Dolce has a highly regarded dietician for some of the biggest names in UFC history. On top of being the coach for UFC Fit for the Xbox 360 Kinnect, he's also had a list of well bred clients including UFC Welterweight Champion Johny Hendricks and long time dietician of BJ Penn.

Currently Dolce is helping Penn get ready for his drop to Featherweight where he'll meet Frankie Edgar for a third time. Recently Dolce took the time to post a picture on his instagram of himself and Team Penn getting ready for his upcoming bout with Edgar.

Penn is finishing up his final training to meet Edgar July 6th as part of international fight week's back to back weekend with the July 5th card. The fight takes place in the Mandalay Bay Event Center live from Las Vegas.
