Ring of Honor’s Aftershock Tour is lining up to be the can't miss event of the summer! ROH returns to the historic 2300 Arena in South Philadelphia on Friday night August 21.
Former ROH World Champion “Unbreakable” Michael Elgin returns to Ring of Honor for this big card.
Michael Elgin was honored to have been invited to take part in New Japan Pro Wrestling’s annual G1 Climax Tournament. The tournament features 20 of the greatest wrestlers from New Japan and the world facing off over the course of 3 weeks to crown a winner.
Elgin has awed the Japanese fans with his intensity and amazing strength. He scored major victories over Japanese stars Yujiro Takahashi and Tomoki Honma. He currently stands near the top of his block with a real shot at becoming the first foreign star to win this prestigious tournament.
He is currently scheduled to return in Philly and would love nothing more than to come home as the winner of the 25th G1 Climax! A new Michael Elgin will return, one with major international experience, one who has faced and defeated some of the very best wrestlers in the world.
Is ROH ready for him? They will have no choice! With his renewed intensity, drive and hunger, Michael Elgin will be looking to destroy whomever stands in front of him on August 21 in South Philadelphia!
