Gargano never even had a 90. He's been focusing on his kid. Cesaro is the same. His contract ran out so no 90 days.


I personally think it is David Hart Smith Jr for a one off due to the Hart family link

Who do you suppose it might be? Saw the Davey Boy Smith suggestion above but I can't see an unsigned talent like that win against this stacked top 7 so it would have someone nameworthy

If I had to go with the popular idea then I do think Claudio would be the win to come in and win, which is fine by me. Davey wouldn't be a bad idea, having him come in and make it to the final only to lose only one else, but Dax seems like a weird thing for AEW to do. The idea I have thought of is that it'll either be Jay Lethal or someone who will "shock" or "surprise" fans, which means I think it'll someone besides the obvious picks of Claudio, Johnny, Davey, or even lord forbid Teddy

I agree that people would hate it though some would love it, and that is why I said Jay because he'll face Joe whom he has been having a feud with so why not. The main problem I could see people having would be if the final match is Jay v Dax and Jay wins, which I wouldn't mind but I see the opposing side. So, who really knows just have to wait and see
