Matt Jackson is dealing with an injury.

Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer reports that Matt Jackson is suffering from a partially torn bicep. The injury occurred during the three-way trios bout on the March 15 episode of AEW Dynamite. Jackson has reportedly opted to not get surgery.

It is unknown how long Jackson will be sidelined.

AEW shot an angle on the March 22 episode of AEW Dynamite where the Young Bucks (Matt & Nick Jackson) were taken to the hospital.

The triple threat trios bout saw The Elite (The Young Bucks & Kenny Omega) and Jericho Appreciation Society (Chris Jericho, Daniel Garcia, & Sammy Guevara) challenge House of Black (Malakai Black, Brody King, & Buddy Matthews) for the AEW Trios Titles.

SMDH. No wonder Kenny is leaving these fragile losers behind! I kid, I really enjoy the Bucks and that is just a joking jib at them.

Matt Jackson of the Young Bucks is hopeful to return to in-ring action by the time AEW Double or Nothing comes around.

Dave Meltzer said on Wrestling Observer Radio that Jackson is getting therapy for a partially torn biceps injury he suffered in Winnipeg during the AEW Trios title match on Dynamite.

Meltzer said the timeframe he was given for Jackson's recovery is six-to-eight weeks that would put him back in time for the Sunday, May 28th pay-per-view. It's not a guarantee that Jackson will be ready by then, but it's a "strong hope" that he will be good to go by then or very soon after if not.

Both Matt & Nick Jackson were written off in storyline by an off-screen attack by the Blackpool Combat Club two weeks ago that saw the former AEW Tag Team Champions taken away in an ambulance.

He has worked through/missed time due to several injuries over the last few years including a partially torn MCL and ACL tear in 2020 and a stinger in 2022.

Matt Jackson’s recovery from a partially torn biceps has obviously gone quicker than expected with all the stuff he’s done on television. He was actually cleared this week, a few weeks ahead of schedule and was bumping and running the ropes in the ring before the 5/10 show and has done resistance training for a few weeks

Damn, looks like we all need to look into the procedures Matt and Kenny have been using to heel up. They've both have healed up through injuries weeks ahead of a normal timeline.

Not really, it's been so long since that post, I clearly have forgotten that gimmick.
