it looks good , the only thing that lets it down a little really is the matt hughes text and the brushing over his face and what looks like scanlines over his arm and fist. Other then that it looks fine to me.

Pretty late on the rating, but it looks really good. I like how you blended the Hughes PSD in there. The blotches in the b/g look good as well. Nice job.
