Matt Hardy Undergoes Appendectomy

Matt Hardy underwent an emergency appendectomy today in Tampa, Florida while in the area for last night's Smackdown taping, according to the WWE website.

WWE.com is reporting Hardy will be out of action 1-3 months.

fuck.....i wanted to see that match for the us title, but i do not want to wait up to 3 months to see it.

I wonder how there'll be going with this feud. It's great but it's got to end soon, and by dragging it waiting for Hardy's return will lose all the interest it had. They should have MVP vs Mysterio and Hardy come back and screw MVP.

Well, the storyline will be fine. They'll sell the whole knee injury thing before having Hardy return with a bang for the title shot & to conclude the feud. Seriosuly though, the MVP-Hardy relationship has saved SmackDown this year!

Matt Hardy near Death

- Matt Hardy's Appendix burst actually had him on his death bed. If he didn't get to the hospital in time he could have died due to the toxins poisoning his body. As reported he is expected to be out for 3 months then return to continue his feud with MVP until Wrestlemania.
