As most will know Matt Hardy and WWE have had their problems in recent months. In the end it now seems inevitable that Hardy will leave WWE very soon and will join TNA in the coming months.

When he does eventually debut for TNA the obvious choice is to have him reform the Hardy Boys with Jeff, that is if he isn't in jail. They were a hugely popular team and are both very over as faces so the reunion will probably draw. Plus TNA already have a great tag team division and having a big team like the Hardys in it may mean they get Impact mainevent and PPV mainevent spots.

In his last few months in WWE he had put on some weight and looked quite bloated on television. On twitter recently he posted saying that he had lost a fair bit of weight and posted a picture and he looked very good. He may be in his best condition for many years when he debuts for TNA.

A big singles run would also be on the card. He was a fan favourite in WWE and would get big backing from the TNA fans. A Matt vs Jeff feud for the title would be huge and should draw especially if it was face vs face.

When do you think Matt will debut in TNA? What will he do when he starts with TNA?

I hope not he is past his best, and would just be another WWE cast off. Mind you I am careing less and less about what TNA do nowadays.

I think that he would add some value to TNA especially in the short term. Get him in a tag team with Jeff again for six months and then have them have a singles match on PPV. Would draw in some extra viewers right away since Matt does have a big following. Might boost some PPV buys and merchandise sales as well having him on board. I think that he is a better addition than someone like Orlando Jordan.

Maybe, but the Hardys reunion has already been done once, and it is another WWE idea, so in the long term I don't know if the appeal would stick. Thing is if Jeff could get himself in better shape and stay out of trouble he would be a good assct to TNA. Whereas Matt I use to rate quite highly, but now the injuries, the added weight, and the fact he just doesn't seem to care anymore have all catched up.
