What did you think of this Storyline/Feud? (2007-2008)

Heel and Face aligned

I found it pretty entertaining, it was similar to Lesnar and Angle a bit.
They would compete with each other in Arm Wrestling, Basketball, Beer Drinking, ect.

They even won the WWE Tag-Team Championship back than together.
Competed against Brother's of Destruction, The Miz and Morrison, ect.

Overall, I would give the Storyline and Feud a solid

In a way yes, it was a great storyline + feud.
I always thought Smackdown! was doing way better than RAW back then.

I enjoyed the feud alot actually. I loved how they'd try to one up each other.

PS MVP looks like he's going to rape Hardy in that picture.

I enjoyed it alot also.
Liked it better than the Khali World Champ crap they had going back then.
Although Khali looked like a threat back than.

Jeff was always the better seller though even back to the hardy boys days. That is a huge factor for the type of wrestler they operated as.

Big thumbs up, it was something different. I remember it fondly and miss it quite a bit.
Even a crazy rehash of something like this, maybe Dolph and Ryder winning the tag straps, would make the tag belts feel quite a bit more important. (Miz and Cena don't count)

No, just take the two tag belts and just make one belt

Do like Kama did and melt the two da*n things into a necklace.... a bracelet.... gold teeth... a ring.... an urn... maybe melt them into a shovel

Every other sport uses one trophy, give the tag champions something to fight .. over

What's the worst that could happen? Could they become completely irrelevant?

No. I half agree with you on this. Use star wrestlers as tag teams to increase the tag division prestige again. Agreed on that. JeriShow was a good team, the last star team prob. Or was it DX?
Anyways, i dont agree using Dolph as a tag teamer though. Hes got too much in ring skills to be wasted half the time behind the turnbackles during his matches. Tag team match should be about either guys who are really fast, like kofi mysterio sin cara etc, or guys who are stars without not great ring skills, like big show, zack ryder, etc.

I would love to see guys like Christian and Ryder teaming up.

Can't believe I'm saying this, but I agree with you. Maybe Kofi Kingston and Jack Swagger?

And after the Royal Rumble, it's doubtful the fans will take Dolph very seriously for a long time, may as well stick him in a tag team.
