WrestleMania VI came off with a horrible 35, takes last place at 18, last up in our set of 22 is the most recent Mania, WrestleMania 22!
wm22.jpg

WrestleMania 22 came to you from the Allstate Arena from Chicago on April 2nd, 2006.

Results:

World Tag Team Championship
Kane and Big Show def. Chris Masters and Carlito

Money in the Bank Ladder Match
RVD def. Lashley, Ric Flair, Matt Hardy, Shelton Benjamin, and Finlay

Boogeyman def. Booker T.

United States Championship
JBL def. Chris Benoit

Women’s Championship
Mickie James def. Trish Stratus

Hardcore Match
Edge def. Mick Foley

No Holds Barred
Shawn Michaels def. Vince McMahon

Casket Match
Undertaker def. Mark Henry

Playboy Pillow Fight
Torrie Wilson def. Candice Michelle

World Heavyweight Championship
Rey Mysterio def. Kurt Angle and Randy Orton

WWE Championship

This was a pretty good Mania, I have to give it a 9.5/10, the Edge and HBK matches stole the show, Rey Mysterio brought down the show.

Ill say 9, was a way better PPV than 21, and 20, so WWE was due for a good wrestlemania.

There were great mid card matches, (Edge vs Foley, HBK vs McMahon), than all the emotion in the main event.

So 9/10
(And lucky me, I was there to see it, live, in the 9th row!)

8.5/10, HBK/Vince and Edge/Foley were good, but The Boogeyman squashing Booker was lame

9/10 Great 'Mania, Boogeyman squashing Booker was bad, I thought Henry did well in the Casket Match. The WWE Tag Titles should've been on the line instead of the Handicap match...

- As noted before, WWE said on RAW*** that Mason Ryan was injured over the weekend but he didn't work any live events. F4Wonline.com reports that Ryan has suffered an injury out of the ring and will be away anywhere from six weeks to six months.
I'm guessing the longer he's out, the more chance he has of returning as a top face. Would be interesting to hear how the injury happened.

That's a hell of a gap of 6 weeks to 6 months. They just need to end Nexus. Mike and Otunga are just there as bodies and Mason can either have a solo monster heel run or a Zeke type push.

I completely agree with you about Nexus, i thought it was awesome when it first started, but now its sort of pointless to keep the gorup around, the same goes for the Corre.

The Corre is pretty much dead. I hope you aren't implying that Slater and Gabriel also need to break up because they make a solid tag team at this point.

As for Nexus they are dead. This FAITH stuff with Punk worked in the beginning but other than Cole mentioning it randomly now it's gone to the wayside. As for Mason Ryan he reminds me of a big, green monster and I don't mean the Hulk. I mean Batista circa 2002. Batista also didn't look like a complete blueberry that got dropped on his head every other day his life. Have you looked at Mason Ryan directly? He should be in a mental hospital not WWE.

Lmao he is a little odd looking, and i think that Slater and Gabriel should stay as a tag team but just this whole Corre thing is annoying. And i like Wade Barret but i dont think he should be on SD.

There are too many big "monster" type men around. Zeke and Henry have SD! covered, Big Show has Raw covered I don't want this gross meaty guy all over my tv as it is.
