A year after his last fight, Mark Munoz will finally return to the Octagon.

Munoz and Tim Boetsch have verbally agreed to meet at UFC 162 in July, sources close to the fight confirmed with MMAFighting.com. The promotion has yet to make the middleweight fight official.

Munoz (12-3) hasn't fought since he was knocked out by Chris Weidman at UFC on FUEL TV 4 last July. The loss snapped his four-fight winning streak.

Speaking of streaks being snapped, Boetsch (15-6) saw his four-fight winning run halted by Costa Philippou at UFC 155 in December.

As confirmed earlier today Anderson Silva vs. Chris Weidman has been booked for this UFC 162 show as well here's the updated card.

Anderson Silva vs. Chris Weidman
Mark Munoz vs. Tim Boetsch
Rafael Cavalcante vs. Thiago Silva
Roger Gracie vs. Tim Kennedy
