Former NXT Women's Champion Mandy Rose is set to address her WWE release for the first time.

Rose (real name Amanda Saccomanno) will appear as a guest on this Tuesday's edition of "Tamron Hall," which is a syndicated talk show that airs on ABC stations. The description for the episode states that Rose will address her "controversial firing" from WWE in an exclusive interview with Hall.

Tamron has an exclusive interview with former WWE’s MANDY SACCOMANNO addressing her controversial firing from the WWE. Five-time Grammy and Emmy nominee, actress and comedian MARGARET CHO stops by to chat about her new comedy tour 'Live and LIVID.' Plus, an All-New Shop Tam Fam!!
Rose tweeted about the appearance: "So excited for this! Everyone tune in to hear my story!"

The 32-year-old Rose was released from WWE on December 14. Adult-themed photos and videos that Rose posted on her FanTime subscription service led to her being released by WWE.

Rose was released less than 24 hours after dropping the NXT Women's Championship to Roxanne Perez. The Rose vs. Perez title match was originally supposed to happen in January but was moved up because Rose was being released.

Rose's reign as NXT Women's Champion lasted for 413 days before losing the title to Perez.

Earlier this month, FanTime congratulated Rose on making $1 million on the service during the month of December.

I'd say controversial is a bit strong of a word to use, but it gets attention I guess.

Curious to see if she'll say what I assume the reason for not closing the account was, that being the money she was pulling in was too far good to turn down.

I find it a little funny it's a talk show that I've never even heard of. Has she even done any nudity like full on since she got fired for it?

I’m also hoping she touches on this because there’s a lot of differing accounts as to whether or not there ever was an option to close down her website. I believe both fightful and Dave are under the impression that Shawn was made aware of it last minute made an impromptu decision to strip her and then they fired her the very next day. I’d definitely like to know her side of the story.

I'd be stunned if they did that and I fail to believe they would invest all this time into her only to can her without trying to come to a resolution.

I would certainly hope they would have, but it seems to be more of a moral panic to appease sponsors. That’s why I’m hoping Mandy can expand on what happened.

Nothing but a hunch but I feel like they had some kind of back and forth and it couldn't be resolved, rather than them finding out and just releasing her with no warning.

At the end of the day, she was doing content that didn't fit with their image or however you wanna put it and because the money she was making was so good, she didn't wanna give up on it. I can't even blame either side really for the outcome, she would have been stupid to give up that kind of easy money and the WWE would have been crazy to compensate her for shutting the site down + all the sponsor headaches you mention.

The one thing I will definitely 100% disagree with you on though is the image thing because WWE 1000% capitalized on every bit of her sexuality. It was like most of her character was showing up in skimpy outfits and being hot.

We’ll have to see on her being given a choice however. I certainly hope they gave her a choice and if they did it makes me feel better about the entire situation because on that end I feel a little better about WWE and I don’t blame Mandy for not wanting to give up something that just made her $1 million.

I mean there's a big difference between showing up in skimpy outfits and being hot on tv to showing your sex toys, intentionally "unintentionally" flashing your nipples & vagina and the rest of the suggestive stuff she was putting out.

Yes, and no. If you’re main concern is the children, you shouldn’t be doing either.

I honestly believe WWE’s biggest issue is control and getting a cut. It’s like when they fired Vega for having a Twitch.
