Complaining didn't work, so a man threw a birthday party for a pothole. Within days, the city fixed it. | CNN

Frank Sereno bought a cake and candle for the pothole that's been sitting in his street for three months. Within days, the city had it filled.

"I didn't sing to him," Sereno told CNN affiliate KCTV. "I thought about it, but it was a little bit warm, so I said, 'Well, we'll just do the cake.'"

This reminds me of the guy that spraypainted dicks on all the potholes that had been there forever, and they ended up fixing them within a few days to get the dicks off the road
