-- There is talk that Extreme Expose may all share a Playboy spread leading up to next year's WrestleMania.
-- There is talk of moving The Highlanders to Smackdown. That also explains the increased number of jobs lately.
-- Undertaker will be facing a slew of large opponents when he returns to the ring this fall.
He's scheduled to make his return at the Unforgiven pay-per-view. He will be facing Mark Henry. Taker will probably be the one to put Henry out of action for good in the storylines as Henry is likely finishing up with WWE when his contract expires in a few weeks.
In a return feud from about 12 years ago, Undertaker will be facing Big Daddy V. Plans have been made to build Big Daddy V up as a monster in ECW, then move him to SmackDown sometime in the fall to feud with the top babyface talents of the brand -- including Undertaker.
Taker is also scheduled to feud with The Great Khali again.
-- Apparently, it looks like it was Daniel "Dan Rodman" Rodimer's decision to leave WWE because it was a mutual decision between the two parties to part ways. His wrestling career appears to be through because he is going to go back in the real estate business. After Tough Enough 4 concluded, WWE offered Rodimer a developmental contract, but he rejected it because his real estate job paid more. Come 2006, he didn't want to be left wondering as to what could have been had he entered WWE, so he contacted management asking if the deal was still on the table. He signed the contract and started his wrestling training shortly thereafter.
-- It was reported earlier today that indy wrestler Matt Sydal had signed a developmental deal with WWE. That is actually incorrect as he hasn't signed a contract yet. He's currently on tour in Japan. According to several sources, WWE has sent Sydal a developmental contract and he just has to sign it to be on board with WWE.
-- From Richard Warren: On Fuse tomorrow they will have Rey Mysterio as a special guest, it is at six o'clock, if you have DVR you can check it out yourself.
- Brock Lesnar will be in attendance at the UFC PPV this Saturday to talk with the company about a possible deal.In a recent interview with MMA Weekly, he said he is interested in entering the UFC. He wants to fight the winner of Gonzaga vs. Couture.
- Expect WWE legends The Fabulous Moolah and Mae Young to appear at SummerSlam.
- Just an ironic note, in a 2001 interview with Playboy Magazine, Vince McMahon was asked about doing a fake death angle in WWE and had the following to say: "A death scene? No that wouldn't be reality."
