It has been confirmed that Gail Kim is indeed through with TNA. No details yet regarding this sudden news, but they should be coming out soon.

Kim's profile and photos were quietly removed from the company website earlier today. Regarding the speculation on the removal of her stuff from the website, one TNA source said, "It means exactly what you think it means."

Kim had been with the company for nearly three years - since September 2005. Kim was originally brought in as a pesky heel valet for Jeff Jarrett and America's Most Wanted. When the Knockouts division was created, Kim was pegged as the star babyface. Kim became the first ever TNA Women's Knockout Champion and had a good feud with Awesome Kong. Kim lost the belt on an episode of Impact in January and the focus of the division shifted to some of the other girls. As of late she was a top face in the company, but no longer the top face, sharing the spotlight with Taylor Wilde and ODB.

this is a big hit to TNA. I hope gail reconsiders leaving.

now maybe Kong can win that belt back and destroy the division again :D

Well this is shit.

Gail Kim was really the knockout, that person that gave the divison that genuiness and the belief that it was something special.

I'm sad to see her leaving, I wonder why?

According to PWinsider, her contract was pretty much over, WWE offered her a TON of money, and she's on her way back to WWE

Mike Johnson's words:

Former TNA Knockout Gail Kim will be heading back to World Wrestling Entertainment, according to several WWE sources. From what I'm told, it was a pretty sizeable offer so she's expected to be heavily featured in the Divas division (No word on whether is SD or RAW) when she re-debuts.

He also mentioned that it was a financial decision (AND IT HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE BOOKING!), and that she left on good terms, so the TNA door is open if anything happens in the future.

Well she really overshadowed the rest of the knockouts because of her WWE run, hopefully this will give the other knockouts some more air time.

Exactly CMS. Gashface is just a bitter, depressed soul, who is fighting for a case that has no cause.
WWE isn't putting nay of these women down, because the only ones who are put in "sexual" situations, are ones who allow it. People like Kelly, Maria, Maryse, Layla, Candice, etc, but they all ALLOW and know that is their roles.
But the ones who fall into the wrestling category, are almost never in anything like that, and only a bikini contest at most, but still, people like Mickie, Beth, Natalya, Victoria, Melina, etc are all used primarily for their wreestling, and Gail Kim obviously falls into the wrestling category, so I'm sure she won't be used for eye candy.
Like I said, Gashface is just looking for a fight with wwe.
