Madden 18 PS4 League Recruiting

I'm gauging interest for a potential Madden 18 League when the game drops. I'm looking for people who are reliable to play their games and who are just all around chill and easy going. This is a simulation league, but it's a chill league where shit shouldn't be taken too seriously. Teams would be selected in a randomized draft order once the league is full.

The only prerequisites for joining the league are to have a PS4 and the GroupMe app on mobile for scheduling purposes and such.

Here are the rules that would be in place for the league.

General Rules

Created Coaches.

All-Madden difficulty.

8 minute quarters with Accel clock.

Injuries off for sim games.

Gameplay

Can ONLY go for it on 4th Down if...

• It’s 4th and 2 or less passed the 50
  
  
• Down by 14 or more anywhere
  
  
• Game is In the 4th quarter, unless winning by 14+.
  

Fake FG and Fake Punt will follow 4th Down rules.

Chew clock only with 3 minutes left in the 4th quarter, unless granted permission from opponent.

All games must be streamed on Twitch or any other service by the away team.

Attributes

• Cannot increase WR, CB, S, speed above 95. We are a sim league, please help us keep it this way.
  

Stat Limitations

CPU Games

• QB: 450 yds and 5 total tds
  
  
• WR/TE: 200 yds and 3 total tds
  
  
• HB: 200 yds and 3 total tds
  

There are no set limitations for user games, but there are logical limits to what is too much. Ex. a WR shouldn’t have 350+ yards with 5 TDs in a game.

Trades

All trades must go through approval by the committee. DM an admin on GroupMe with the trade details.

Seahawks Send: Bobby Wagner & 2018 7th Rd Pick

1st round picks, keystone players, and completely lopsided deals will be evaluated more strictly. Otherwise feel free to manage your team as you see fit.

Player Editing

You CANNOT change a real life players name. CPU created rookies names can be changed as long as it is appropriate.

You CANNOT make the following position changes

• WR-TE
  
  
• WR-RB
  
  
• DB-LB (DB is a Safety or CB)
  

Before you change any player, confirm it with an admin.

A sim league is played like a real life game in a sense that you play realistically. The play calling should be mixed up, you should refrain from abusing exploitable plays.

Just like how in 2K you play 'realistically' the same applies here.

They're american football things. I don't know all of them either. If you buy madden when it comes out then play around with it you'll mostly pick it up.
