» To follow up on reports last week regarding the dispute between Paul London and TNA, while London pulled out of some indy events over the weekend claiming a back injury, TNA sources continue to state that London pulled out of the tapings over pay. One TNA source added, "What he thought he was worth and (what) we thought he was worth were two different numbers." There was talk of bringing in some former TNA stars like Petey Williams and Sonjay Dutt to replace London, but it didn't end up happening with Williams in Japan. Samoa Joe and AJ Styles were said to be pushing to bring back Dutt.

I really like Paul London but he needs to get his head on straight. Wouldn't mind seeing Dutt back if they drop the stupid guru gimmick. Crap I liked him better as the Playa gimmick. Would love to see Williams back but I doubt that'll be anytime soon.

The idiots in TNA are seeing how stupid it was to release their original guys and try to replace them for WWE drop outs.

I want Sonjay Dutt to come back and get a push in the X-Division. He's very exciting to watch in the ring and I used to like him, like yourself, when he had that playa from the Himalaya gimmick.

I don't know what different London would've made, so I think TNA made the right decision. He mostly was forgotten by the end of his WWE run, and he wouldn't have had that big of a response with most of his following on the Indy level. TNA could've had any other guy on the Indy scene that has a big name, it could've been Teddy Hart or Chris Jones for all I care. Petey Williams and Dutt would be OK as replacements, but they should just start off fresh, because of how embarrassing those guys were at the end of their runs.
