Live NXT September 10th 2024 Discussion Thread - Last Man Standing, Jordynne Grace open challenge + Heritage Cup defence.

As part of “WWE Week on USA Network” next week, where Raw, NXT and SmackDown air on the same network on Monday, Tuesday and Friday, a Last Man Standing match will take place on the September 10 episode of WWE NXT.

Scheduled for 9/10 at the Capitol Wrestling Center in Orlando, Florida, WWE NXT next week will feature Trick Williams vs. Pete Dunne in a Last Man Standing No. 1 Contender Match.

The winner will move on to challenge WWE NXT World Champion Ethan Page for the title at the first WWE NXT on CW show on October 1 in Chicago, Illinois.​

During the post-No Mercy episode of WWE NXT on September 3, it was announced that Charlie Dempsey will be defending the NXT Heritage Cup against Je’Von Evans.​

People will predict that Wes Lee will cost the Rascalz…and he probably will. Being unseen this week coming off the loss points to it. But it would be far more interesting if Wentz won the tag belts with Trey after he didn’t with Wes. Facing the same team even. Wes would lose his mind over it. It’s also sets up the idea of him trying (and eventually succeeding) at taking away Wentz’s X title.

But they just changed the belts twice so I doubt it will happen

Wes's revenge might only be beating Wentz for the X Division title tbh and if that happens then I can see the Rascalz winning as like a quid pro quo of belts.

I do think they lose tho, just throwing out a possibility I thought of

I actually give the Rascalz a decent chance of winning, especially if Wes is gonna win the X Division title (title for title swap basically for each company) but my bet is still Wes screws them

I would agree but they kinda hot potato those belts when needed. Both of the Chase U reigns were short at just to get over an angle for example

Last time the Rascalz challenged for the belts I said it’s only a matter of time before they put some Championship on TNA wrestlers.

But with Frazier and Axiom JUST winning the belts back, I doubt it’s here.
