The NXT “New Year’s Evil” event on Jan. 7 drew the WWE developmental brand’s biggest TV viewership in over five years.

According to Nielsen data, “New Year’s Evil” averaged approximately 957,000 total viewers from 8-10 p.m. on The CW, with 341,000 viewers in the coveted adults 18-49 demographic. That is the best viewership for NXT since September 2019, when it was airing on USA Network. It is also the best viewership for the show since it moved to The CW in October 2024, with the premiere on the broadcast network netting 895,000 viewers on Oct. 1.​

It's a .25 I believe tho to convert. It's something like .25 of all of 18-49 who have access to CW (that's an important part) watched NXT

So when you see historical ones that are like 18.5 or something that means 18 percent of everyone in the demo with access watched one show so that's why it's so insane

Got through the show last night and nothing to add that hasn't already been said but fuck me this may be one of the worst announce desk teams ever formed. I like Pat but he isn't that good where people should keep getting shafted and shunted around when it's time to come back to work. At least Wade isn't the one get shafted for a change this time, though I don't know why they would send Corey down to NXT and not put him on SmackDown as a 3 and then move him to Raw when Pat goes on hiatus again.

Just watched the match. Was a masterclass and WWE should feel great. As I know it helps my mood. Giulia she very good, which can do the division no harm at all. Expecting Roxanne to get called up, soon.
