Is it just me or do others think that her campaign should remain seperate from a company that she NO LONGER WORKS FOR. It seems like WWE is trying to look as "clean" as possible whilst Linda is running and for me I find that to be disappointing. I know that her husband runs the company and so he would want to help her as much as he can to succeed in politics but I find it pathetic that the company that she no longer works for has an impact on her campaign.
Shouldn't her opponents, and the people voting for her, focus on her policies and her thoughts on current issues rather than bother about something she isn't part of anymore. The problem is as much with the way the media and political system in the US works as it is with WWE's reaction to it.
For me, yes she used to work there, she ran a wrestling company that had scripted shows and you can ask her about some issues then like the storylines and the health of the wrestlers. BUT, she quit the company and so anything that happens now has nothing to do with her.
It frustrates me that WWE have to pander to these critics and try to protect Linda's image when they should be able to run business as usual.
Your thoughts?
