Hulk Hogan's ex-wife Linda Bollea has been charged with driving under the influence (DUI) following her arrest in October 2012.
The reality TV star, 53, was driving through Malibu, California in the early hours of the morning when police officers pulled over her car and she was subsequently arrested on suspicion of being drunk behind the wheel and driving on a suspended licence.
However, her representative later claimed Bollea only had one glass of Champagne and the effects had been exacerbated by the antibiotics she was taking for an E. coli infection.
She has now been officially charged with two misdemeanour counts of DUI and one misdemeanour charge of driving on a suspended licence, according to TMZ.com.
Bollea will appear in court to face the charge later this month. If convicted, she could face up to 18 months in prison.
