I personally think the text needs a bit more work cause it looks a bit plain but overall I think it turned out alright.

You just made the bkg overlap the render, which is not a very good kind of blending imo.
The bkg needs more work imo. i know what you tried to do with the clipping mask, but it didnt turn out to what you actually wanted.
