copy image. open photoshop, add light to the middle of the image so it will be the focus. Then add more brightness to the middle of the image. add extra white gradient to the image. once you see a tooth/eyeball, then that has to be his face!! :cheezy:

Speaking of Photoshop.

Examine the girl's lower leg closely. Looks like a cutout. Probably Photoshopped.
