Well, I've read there's some people who accepts NP and upgrade to the legend usergroup other people, just want to know who do that and how much NP do you want

I knew what CM Punk meant. We never used to have it publicly available to upgrade, but now we do. The requirements were somewhat lessened in the past to keep the site alive, but I plan on completely revamping our upgrade groups soon. Still, if users upgrade now who I don't feel deserve it, they get refunded.
