Chriss..like the texture of it..and the overall looks.

Chris: Very simple but very appealing. Effects/brushing and the coloring really works with the picture. There's a weird pale yellow part on the left side, but it doesn't ruin anything.
Doink: The effect is way too strong and glossy and really hides the main images. I like the inclusion of the faded crowds throughout. Not the biggest fan of the text.

My vote goes to Chriss.

Doink really should have won this since I can see his vision so much more, but without lighting and sharpening it looks unrefined next to Chriss'.

So I'm voting Chriss. The size is akward but the finished image looks a lot more crisp and natural.
