Andrew: I'm not really sure on this one. The coloring/effects on his face are just okay, and the text is a bit plain. On top of that, there is a lot of empty space.
BDC: Definitely one of your better pieces. The pictures are blended quite nicely. The text works, but I would've suggested an 'older' looking font similar to the Paul Revere font in the top right corner. Really like this!
My vote goes to BDC.

I'm going with BDC. I see the kind of propaganda poster effect Andrew was going for, but the execution of BDC's was very well done.
