TNA announced via their mobile text service that Homicide and Hernandez have re-signed three-year deals with the company. They are now under contract through 2011.

Hernandez wasn't happy with his previous contract and was demanding double what he was previously making. I'm not sure what they ended up giving him, but one can only assume that he must have received an offer he was happy with. Believe it or not, the duo never seriously considered WWE. They told friends that they heard too many negatives about the politics in the company.

There was some talk of working independently for Ring of Honor and in Mexico if they didn't strike a deal with TNA.

That's good, they make a good part of TNA, and I can easily see them as the successful tag team turned successful singles stars. Hernandez in the ME world title picture and Homicide eventually moving from x-division to ME. I think he has the skill to do so. They both to me are just lacking some mic skills but that would (i hope) get better with time.

This is awesome.

Also remember both have single title shots so soon the team has to go on its on ways.

I wouldn't mind seeing them both win there titles they earned the shots at.

It's re-signs lol. In the title it says resigns (as if they were quitting) and I was like wtf?! Yeah this is good. I like them.

That's what I was thinking too when I read the title.

Anyway i'm glad they signed with TNA over Mexico or ROH. They're both full of raw talent and maybe they'll get better pushes now.

:nonono: @ WWE politics.

I'd like to see if they get singles pushes or not, and if they do, then how it will pan out. I'd like to see them go to the World/X Divisiona for a while and then maybe reforming as a team if the tag division needs some revitalsation down the road. Good new this is.

Yea dude the title throw me way off. I was like they get singles title shots and resign. How dumb. But yea now seeing this thread it kind of seems like them getting the title shots was a way of clinching there re-signing.

Cide is awesome. I kinda wish he'd go back to ROH, but at least I see him weekly in TNA.

Damn, I was hoping that they were going to ROH. I'd actually see them more there than on TNA because I refuse to watch Impact.
