We noted earlier that independent wrestler Brian Jack filed a lawsuit against WWE, Dr. James Andrews and several other people, making several allegations. That lawsuit was actually dismissed on Tuesday by Chief Judge of US District Court, Eastern District of Wisconsin, William C. Griesbach. He ruled that the lawsuit was to be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
