- As of a few days ago, WWE’s lawsuit with TNA has not been settled. The suit still exists but it’s said that TNA hasn’t done anything with it in a long time. WWE feels like there is nothing to the suit and the ball is in TNA’s court.

Some executive fag who went from TNA to WWE and revealed some contract details he wasn't supposed to, I think. Well, we got Flair already, so now I don't care at all for this lawsuit.
