Masaaki Mochizuki vs. Dick Togo. King of Gate Semi-finals. Togo looks young. He ducks Mochizuki's kick and counters with a dropkick. Mochizuki recoups and knocks him down with a spinning heel kick. Mochizuki tries a top-tope Suicida. Togo sees it and smacks him upside the head with a chair. Togo with another chair slam on Mochizuki.

Togo with successive fist-drops on Mochizuki's bloody forehead. Togo with a dragon screw. Keeps working on the leg. Togo with a half Boston crab. He goes for a spinning toe-hold but Mochizuki blocks his figure-four attempt.

In an entertaining spot, Togo tries to suplex Mochiazaki from the edge of the ring apron onto a wooden table which he placed outside of the ring. Mochiazaki counters with a flying boot which sent Togo reeling off the table. He didn't crash table the table, though, because it was varnished. Togo psyches him out with what looks like a double-underhook super-plex, but converts it into a flying pedigree.

Togo tries another pedigree. Mochiazaki blocks it with a hip-lock and falls on-top of him for the pin.

(c) The Briscoes vs. Shingo Takagi & Naruki Doi for the ROH Tag team titles. 3-3-07, Liverpool. It's ROH vs. Dragon Gate. Takagi with a drop toe-hold on Mark. A go-behind waistlock. Mark counters with a wristlock, a go-behind, then a hammerlock. Takagi with a side headlock takedown. Just as they're about to engage in a knuckle-lock, Takagi nails him with a forearm.

Jay ducks Doi's short clothesline, counters with a huricanranna and a heel kick. Briscoes with repeated chops to Doi in the corner, softens him up for a double team hip-toss. Mark Irish whips Doi, Jay comes rushing with a standing reverse elbow. The Briscoes are working well in the early minutes. Double-teaming. Making those tags. Jay lifts Takagi up for a side back-breaker. Mark follows it up with an acrobatic, moonsault legdrop.

Mark with a short karate chop on Doi and a Cut-throat Driver. Takagi's outside. Mark turns around, climbs the top, and connects with a shooting star press on Takagi! A lot of high impact moves throughout. Takagi superplexes Jay. Doi follows it up with a frog splash. Similar to Power & Glory's finisher. Takagi picks Mark up in a Human Torture Tack position, drops him down and pins him. What a shocking win!

CM Punk vs. Terry Funk. Glory By Honor II. 9-2-03. Funk with an armdrag. They lock-up. Funk rolls and puts him in a Fishermam's suplex. For an old man, Funk is showing some chain wrestling ability. Funk takes him down with a hammerlock, then an armbar.

Funk with a textbook neckbreaker. Punk goes on the mic and exclaims this is now a hardcore match! Punk attempts to suplex Funk back into the ring. Funk blocks it, and suplex-slams Punk through a table! Funk misses a moonsault badly. He took too long to climb the turnbuckles. For the rest of the match, Punk focuses on punishing Funk's injured left leg.

Punk with a spinning toe-hold, but noticeably botches the figure-four. Funk laid there and gave Punk a lot of time to clamp it on. Punks with another spinning toe-hold, and eventually succeeds in locking in the figure-four. Using the spinning toehold and the figure-four was a way to insult the legend, as Terry and his brother Dory used that move a lot in the prime of their careers.

Punk with successive chair slams on Funk's injured leg. Punk with a figure-four. Funk gets to the ropes, but Punk refuses to release the hold. Ref calls a DQ.

Claudio Castagnoli vs. El Generico. Race to the Top, 7-28-07. They take turns posturing to the crowd. It was a way to see who was more over. Castagnoli keeps Generico on the mat with a wristlock. Generico counters with a wristlock of his own. Castagnoli rolls and tries a European Uppercut, which Generico smartly blocks and then backs away.

Generico wants a suplex. Castagnoli blocks it and gets to the ropes. Castagnoli with a single-leg takedown and a pin. A technical match so far, with the advantage going to Castagnoli. Generico tries a brainbuster. Castagnoli blocks it with a hiplock and converts it to a flapkack.

In out of the ring action, Generico flies through between the second and bottom turmbuckle and DDT's Castagnoli!

Generico with a coast-to-coast dropkick. He finally gets his brainbuster. Castagnoli with a Ricola bomb. Several close pinfalls in the closing minutes. Castagnoli with a European Uppercut off the top. Puts Generico away with a high Ricola Bomb for the win.

(c) Susumu Yokosuka vs. Don Fujii for the Open the Dream Gate title. Before the match, the ref, commissioner, and both wrestlers pose for a photo-op. Yokosuka with a hard clothesline. Fujii, who's clearly hurt from the drubbing, rolls out of the ring. As he slowly gets up on the ring apron, Yokosuka clotheslines him again. Yokosuka rushes for yet another clothesline, but Fujii counters with a clothesline of his own.. It's a double clothesline! There were a lot of lariats and stiff clotheslines throughout.

Fujii with successive wristlocks and a hard karate thrust. Fujii grabs the arm, puts Yokosuka in a leg sweep position, but flapjacks him onto the mat. Fujii's targeting the champ's right arm. Yokosuka with a knee-bar. Yokosuka drapes Fujii's left ankle over the bottom rope. He follows it up with a flying knee-drop.

Yokosuka with a helluva lariat. He tries a Razor's Edge, but Fujji slides out of the way and counters with a backslide. What an ingenious counter. Fujii with a waistlock and a well-done German. He tries another German, but Yokosuka counters with a victory roll. I thought it would be over because the count was close.

Yokosuka with a Yoko-Super driver. Fujji kicks out at two. Fujii with an Avalanche chokeslam, follows it up with a German to become the new champ.

Bret Hart & Owen Hart vs Steiner Brothers, January 1994
I watched this on the Hart & Soul DVD, it was originally taped for Coliseum Home Video. This was a tag team masterpiece. Kind of the dream match you didn't know you wanted, though I dare say a better dream match would have been Steiners vs original Hart Foundation with Rick and Niedhart clashing. This started off friendly then later broke down into a brawl. The match goes about 25 minutes until Bret and Scott were both counted out while brawling and while Owen and Rick were brawling inside the ring. The Harts start to walk away after the match is over and Scott grabs a mic and calls then back to the ring and they brawl, Officials come out to separate them and the Steiners soon walk away until Bret calls them back to the ring to brawl.
