-try to reduce the intensity of the bkg.
-remove the ripple effect from the bkg and add some brushing (grudge at its minimum would do the trick) then use the masking tools and play with the bkg vs brushing on your own taste.
-try to have a darker text imo.

The Left Arm of Bobby Lashely is the problem, and the sig doesn't have too much in it, just a PSD over a black and white Bobby Lashley picture.
