i think you should have made the left psd a bit bigger in size.
i think blue doesnt suit Lashley. Maybe some yellow/red colors instead.
You made both psds dont stand out. Atleast on of them should stand out more.

It's alright but not the best. I don't like the fading done on the picture to the right and I don't agree with the background color of blue
