Laptop Running Extremely Slow and Audio Issues

Ive only had this laptop for less than 2 months and its already running extremely slow. I have defraged it, Deleted temp files, Still have plenty of hardrive space and no viruses but still it takes minutes to save an image due to slow speed anyone got any solutions? Note: Im also having an issue where when I start videos there no audio until I refresh it like 5 times.

I can't help you with that. Sorry. I bought my laptop (iMac) 3 years ago and it works perfectly.
