Lady down the street seen aliens?

So this lady down the street said her power randomly went out and she started hearing voices through the TV (while the power was out) and looked out side and seen something in the sky, but it wasn't like a plane or anything, like a orb type deal just floating around.

My power also went off twice and there were a few explosions not far from here.

Not sure if Alien invasion is happening... It is raining so I am not bothering to go out and look. Meh/10.
