He is taking time off now and I would love to see Angle go to UFC, but he is a pure wrestler. It's the best base to start from in UFC, look at Koscheck, but you really need to put more time into Jiu-Jitsu, etc to evolve your game.

He's 41 too. If you're Randy Couture age 47 means mountains of fight experience. Just getting started at 41 is a real stretch. Being Kurt Angle and also being a marketable name, there's money to be made here.

Showdown joe (sportsnet.ca) has already reported that Dana would like Kurt in the UFC but he just doesn't believe it will happen.

I interpenetrate that he likes Kurt and wants him in but with Kimbo slice being the oldest 36 year old we've seen and James Toney reportedly facing Randy. Throwing an old guy with aged credentials would seem like a sense of direction more then simple convenience. Everyone want's to know who the next big thing is. And with that kind of direction, it would only make fans look into strikeforce or dream.

But he gave him a option and Kurt waited. He see's it as Kurt questioned his ability to perform in MMA.

Kurt will have to do the brock lesnar thing

When I saw this video I thought it was from 2006 that's when the rumors were going strong, then I saw it from this year and was like "WTF he is still on this shit?"

^^^I disagree. Kurt Angle might be a dick sometimes, but he's one tough SOB. If he still has that wrestling pedigree and can learn to use punches to set up the takedown, he can do well. Not main event well, but well enough to stick around. He'll be a weaker version of Jon Fitch.
