Kurt Angle noted on Twitter that he has an upcoming reality show coming out that will show him on his path to the Olympics in 2012. Angle added that TNA is backing him on his road to the Olympics.

This show will have a sad ending when he fails to make the team and when he doesn't even get close to making it. I wonder if this is even true that he got a reality show.

Well, If it happens, I may have to check out an episode or two. I think it's a good concept, but unfortunately like you said, I don't see him making the team in any way. Eh, may give TNA some media recognition. Who knows? Crazier things have happened.

Have to say before, I read than it was going to follow his progress to 2012, I thought it might be a good idea as it might give him another focus outside of wrestling, but as Troy said this story is just going to end in tears, although if the show is a sucess ratings wise, and it gives Angle some contacts, it might yet prove a good thing.

Kurt Angle will sue everyone involved with this show, when he finds out that he is a trainwreck after watching a single episode.

If the cameras are with him 24/7 then it will be interesting to see Angle outside of wrestling to see what he is like. Judging from his interviews and things like his Twitter account he seems to have a screw lose so seeing him could make for good viewing.

I can see a lot of kayfabe in this documentary. Angle acting like he is a good guy, even though we know he is like that, I really am interested too see it. Did he already try out for the team do you guys know? Also I think this will be placed on Spike for a 30 minute time slot.

If it was just about his career, and day to day or personal life, then it might hold some interest, but it is the 2012 angle which bothers me, and the idea that he is kidding himself into thinking that he even has a shot, and that a TV audience is going to be made a part of it.

Angle is going to have to sign some paperwork before they air this so they're not liable for anything. I can sense the drama coming from miles upon miles away, and this is another TNA-esque failure that just seems downright annoying nowadays.
