KONY 2012 is a film and campaign by Invisible Children that aims to make Joseph Kony famous, not to celebrate him, but to raise support for his arrest and set a precedent for international justice.

I don't mind if you don't donate, but feel free to watch the video and express your opinions here. I've already donated £25, will more than likely be donating much more.

I saw this video posting everywhere today so I thought I'd watch it. This reminds of 24: Redemption and Machine Gun Preacher (takes place somewhere in Africa, rebel group, general kidnaps young children and turns them into soldiers, forces them to kill their parents/family members, makes an army) except this is real and it's happening everyday in Uganda.

First time hearing about this guy. That video is very inspirational. I like how they've gathered so many young people to put an end to this. I see that they received support from the government and I hope the government continue to do so. They needs to get rid of this guy fast. 30k+ armies (young children)? ...

PS. That kid looks awesome. I hope nothing happens to his dad as he goes to Africa a lot.

Only 30% of all money donated last year went towards the charity, it was on a video.
Don't waste your money.

If 30% goes to help the kids is it a waste? Of course these kind of things need operating costs but still some money goes to help at least.
