King Mo Talks TNA, Bellator, Chael Sonnen, shoot style, & more

Good interview because I love Mo, he's a cool guy. He's talking mostly MMA, but at the 9:50 mark he brings up TNA using more shoot style matches ala Angle/Joe at Lockdown back in 2008. Mo you can tell is a big wrestling fan so it's cool to hear him talk about it.

How would you guys feel about TNA using more shoot style matches? If done right I'm all for it.

Hopefully King Mo get's his ass down to OVW soon and we can have him in TNA before the end of 2012

If TNA used shoot style matches correctly it could do wonders for them. I think fans would like to see a product that seems more "real" and it could increase their ratings if done right.

People are "dumbasses" that can "suck my dick". That is a great match

obviously it needs to be used in moderation, but if I were to guess I'm thinking they are mostly talking to Mo about his matches that would be shoot style, which makes sense. Bring in MMA guys and you want to push them as legitimate badasses, and having them feature moves you see in MMA fights is the way to do it.

It was a great match, but not because of the "shoot" part. When it turned into a pro-wrestling match, it became awesome.

Little more shoot? Why not? I loved that Gutcheck segment last month just bcuz it had a great amount of shoot to it. It made it exciting, and you could tell it.

Mo is being advertised for this summer already, probably for an appearence or two, and then by the end of the year he'll be there in full capacity after some time in OVW. Seems like a cool guy.
