Khalil deserves it because he was a big motherfukka that scared the shit out of kids and then later on in his career acted as comic relief. Did his job well. Not expecting everyone signed to WWE be as good as Kurt Angke are we? HOF is about appreciating people who did well in their careers. Khalil deserves a shout out
