The central psd doesn't work. One with him looking into the camera would work better imo.

To me the picture/PSD in the middle looks squashed in there. I don't know if it's just me or anything, but that's how it is for me. And I find it hard to see the pictures in the background.

the text is hard to read and like everyone else said the main pic doesnt go well. it might be better if it was bigger or something... and i cant really tell whats going on in the background.

Yeah the picture...his head looks kinda funny...maybe try again with a picture of him looking forward...and a differnt background also..
