Kevin Nash's quick departure from WWE storylines was caused by Nash booking a film role. The word among creative team sources is that the film wasn't willing to insure Nash for filming while he was involved in the physicality of pro wrestling. So, it's expected he'll be gone until he finishes those filming commitments.

So even though some places have said that it is real Nash's firing was part of the storyline and Nash will be back in the future. WWE were never going to finish that storyline that quickly with Nash considering they had him take out the WWE champion, Punk. It will lead to something eventually but without him there hopefully WWE can get the story back on track and this gives them time to come up with a good storyline for when he returns.

Nash mentioned Cena on his Twitter. Could this finally mean a Cena heel turn?

How does Nash mentioning Cena on Twitter mean Cena is turning heel?

Why the hell else would he mention Cena? He mentioned no one else but Cena, it's obvious it has a relevance to a storyline

Still don't get how that would mean Cena would turn heel. It would make more sense that Nash would be targetting Cena rather than Cena turning heel simply because Nash mentioned him.

Nash probably mentioned Cena because he is the biggest name in the company and Nash probably never got to know him until this recent run.
