In a recent interview with MMAWeekly.com, Kenny Florian made it known that he has no problems walking away from MMA. Florian, who has challenged for the UFC title on a number of occasions, suffered an injury in training that has caused numbness and tingling in his right leg, making it very possible that retirement is the next step for "Ken-Flo."

If that's the case, you can still expect to see Florian on UFC broadcasts, as he is part of the announce team with Jon Anik for UFC shows on FX and FUEL TV. Florian is also the co-host of UFC Tonight.

"It depends on how I heal up, and all that stuff. I'm giving it until about June to see how I feel, how I heal up," Florian said. "Looking back, I got to face some of the best fighters in the world. I had a good career, if it comes to that; I have no regrets."

The 35-year-old Florian was a finalist on the first season of The Ultimate Fighter and holds an overall MMA record of 14-6. His last bout was a loss to UFC featherweight champion Jose Aldo.

Surely he has to retire now. He keeps being handed title shots and he keeps losing. He is good in his role as an announcer so he should continue to work on that with UFC especially since there are so many more opportunities now that UFC is expanding and creating more shows under this Fox deal.
