Kenny Florian (14-6) is toying with the idea about returning to action after announcing his retirement in late May of this year. A reoccurring injury to his back was Florian's reason for calling it a career."As far as the injury goes, I'm just doing my best to really get healthy," said Florian on MMA Junkie Radio. "I'm still trying to get healthy and get back to a regular training schedule because of my actual schedule and because of the injury."

While away from active competition, Florian has been with the UFC in the commentator role.

"It's tough seeing the fighters going out when you know you can't go in there," said Florian. "I don't know if the competitor ever leaves you. It's tough dialing it down. There are times I've had to turn down the intensity and just be a normal human being on fight night."

About a possible comeback Florian said "never say never."

"I've definitely felt improvement, very recently in the past month," said Florian. "I haven't had that constant pain I've been dealing with. That's been a great sign. Physically, I feel much, much better."

I wouldn't be totally against this as I'm a fan of his, but he really should stay retired.

Just as long as he isn't getting another title shot. He's worse than Batista in WWE... he bout worse than Faber and Couture when it came to getting title shots.

But he can stay retired.

Well Kenny hasn't challenged for the Bantamweight or Flyweight Title so there are two more matches for him. The guy should stay retired, he was incredibly lucky to be given the chances he was given and his best just wasn't good enough. He does a good enough job as a commentator so he should stick with that.

Stick to the booth Kenflo training for a fight will most likely take him out more than a fight would.

He needs to stay retired.

But if he comes back, he should fight at the lightest weight he can. Ihave a feeling he wont stop until he has a belt.

I've never been a Ken Flo fan...that said he is an absolutely terrible commentator so anything that gets a microphone away from him is good too me.
