I don't like it at all, tbh.
I don't like the color overlays on the two psds on the side it just doesn't look good imo. The images in the bg aren't blended together at all. I mean, the least you could have done is move the middle psd up and move the right image more to the right so you couldn't see where the pic ends. Really all you've done is made the two background images inverted and made them blue, then put a blue color overlay over the a psd of him going for the mic and copied it and then slapped the middle psd in.
